Terms of Use

Using the service

By using DCGrafix Online Karaoke, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the YouTube Terms of Service when using YouTube features. You must use the service lawfully and respect creators, copyright owners, other singers, and account security.

Free YouTube playback

DCGrafix does not charge users to watch videos in the embedded YouTube player. Videos and related metadata remain under the control of YouTube and their respective creators. Availability, advertisements, restrictions, player behavior, and content may change without notice.

Independent DCGrafix features

Queue management, singer assignments, Party Mode, entertainment scoring, saved history, app installation, and host-friendly controls are DCGrafix product features. They are not YouTube services, statistics, ratings, or endorsements. Any future paid plan will apply only to eligible independent DCGrafix functionality—not access to YouTube playback.

Entertainment scoring

Scores are approximate entertainment results based on microphone activity and signal patterns. They are not a professional vocal assessment and should not be treated as an objective ranking of singing ability.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not download, record, extract, reupload, obscure attribution, block ads, or interfere with the YouTube player.
• Do not abuse search, bypass quotas, automate views, or use the service to infringe copyright.
• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful singer names or content.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to another user’s data or the service infrastructure.

Public access, optional accounts, and availability

The public karaoke experience does not require a Google or YouTube account. If you voluntarily use a supported signed-in session, you are responsible for activity under that account. We may limit abusive activity, maintain the service, change independent features, or discontinue functionality. The service is provided as available without a guarantee that every YouTube video or feature will remain accessible.

Site advertising

DCGrafix may display clearly labeled third-party advertisements outside the YouTube player. Site advertisements do not provide paid access to YouTube videos and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement by YouTube. Users must not generate invalid impressions or clicks, click advertisements to support the site, use automated traffic, or encourage other people to click advertisements.
